When will I get my order?
All items are made to order. Estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days, depending on the product. For any questions, please visit the Contact page.

Can I pick up my order?
Since all products are manufactured and shipped from various production facilities across the U.S. (and in some cases globally), orders must be delivered to your preferred shipping address.
What is the return policy
We gladly accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of the shipment date. To qualify for a full refund or store credit, items must be new, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Please note that customizable products are final sale and not eligible for returns.
If there’s an issue with your order—such as a manufacturing defect or a damaged item—we’ll gladly offer a free replacement or a refund.

What's the difference between seals and sea lions?
Ears: Sea lions have visible ear flaps; seals just have small holes.
Movement: Sea lions can rotate their back flippers and “walk” on land—seals kind of wiggle and scoot.
Swimming: Sea lions use their front flippers to power through water; seals rely more on their back flippers.
